Horrible i wasn't payed for the time i worked. Currently in the process of contacting the BBB for lost wages. So disgusted with how i was treated here. I wouldn't advise any one to work here. Very high turnover rate. Also promised and signed documents for 10$ a hour and received 9$ i have proof of every bit of it. Horrible company!!!!
Kriste got me scheduled with only a week's notice AT THE END OF THE MONTH, after "All My Son's" during confirmation wanted to charge me $109.00 travel time (they are across the street) and $60.00 for mattress cover, $65.00 for shrink wrap and I stopped him mid-sentence (there were more charges to come) and immediately called "Two Men & A Truck". Kriste was amazing! She listened to my disappointment and immediately began to set my expectations with exact figures I could live with and NO extras hidden charges. Eric was my lead mover and he was a detail guy, wanted to know where to place everything and did an excellent job (he could have given his crew a bit more direction, they did not cover my $4000.00 chairs--but they made it just fine) overall an amazing experience! I HIGHLY recommend Two Men and A Truck.
This place is a joke they quote you one price and it's something else when they are done. It cost me $800.00 more plus I had to have them get a van to for the stuff they weren't able to load I had to rent and storage and I had to load and store additional stuff they couldn't load. I requested a quote with a visual they told me they didn't do that I was trying to tell the lady about all the stuff I had and all she did was talk over me. They damaged my new dinning table chair, scratch my TV broke our thread mill cracked our glass coffee table they tore our new leather couches scratched our king size bed. They are horrible took 8 hours on a job that should have been 4 hours they had 3 guys one was useless. I had them store my stuff over night for a fee of 150 the next day they came out they were lost I told them directions he kept talking over me. They are haulers not movers. Worst mistake ever hiring this company. Stay away from this company.They have good reviews they ask you to call them to fix any problem so they can get reviews. I have gave them a bad review and no one hasn't even called me to see what happened. This place know that you need them once they are out they take advantage of ppl they know they are charging per the hour so they take their time.
From start to finish the moving crew (5) took command and worked together like a well oiled machine. It was obvious that we were in good hands. They were very conscious of our belongings, efficient, and courteous. They really helped take the stress out of moving.
Kristie T. (moving consultant) went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. She made sure all our questions were answered. She followed up to ensure we were ready and if we had any last minute concerns. This was our first time moving with a company. We are so glad to have had Kristie T. as our consultant who made the whole process stress free. The gentlemen who moved our items (Andre and Eric) were exceptional, efficient, professional and treated our items like their own. If you are in need of movers I HIGHLY recommend Two Men and a Truck.
