We recently used Square Cow (Woodlands location) to move us from Magnolia, TX to Auburn, AL. We researched several movers, and decided on Square Cow upon the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad we chose Square Cow! They were on time, reasonable, and careful with our belongings. Nothing was damaged in our move! The employees (office staff as well as actual movers) were very polite, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Square Cow Movers!!
The crew did a great job moving us from The Woodlands to San Antonio. The entire crew of five was very courteous and careful with all of our things. We had two 26 ft. trucks, which was much more efficient than one big truck. They packed our 3000 sq. ft. house, 3 1/2 car garage/workshop plus taking apart tables and beds in 4 1/2 hours. Then unloaded and reassembled everything in 2 1/2 hours. Remarkable really. The crew was:
- Prior to deciding on using Square Cow (SC) a representive from SC came to our home to evaluate number of trucks required. I suggested 3 however representative insisted on 2 unfortunately they ran out of room and was told they would need to leave many items behind therefore I had another truck delivered which delayed another hour.
Movers were prompt and on time and polite however the problems began soon after loading.
Square Cow was a pleasure to deal with. After Harvey hit there were so many complicated things to deal with right away but Sq Cow made everything so simple. The guys were so professional and quick during the move! I will definitely use you all again!! Thank you!

- I was really concerned about SC ability able to move a heavy SAFE upstairs quickly realized they couldn't even get the Safe past the first step so we asked them to leave downstairs and we would hire professionals.

Well, I thought my son was joking with me when he sent me the name of these movers. I also had a recommendation from my great niece and her husband when they moved by Square Cow. I was delighted with their work. They were very protective of the property I lived in at the time and the property I moved into, using long floor mats, heavy pads for protection of door woodwork, etc. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone!

Update: Coming up on 90 days since we filed the claim as of 10/20/17 still no feedback on claim for damages! Lacking on customer service with the amount of damage they did one would think a company would take action quickly to facilitate reimbursement.

Per SC instructions we are to fill out a claim form and mail it in by snail mail very interesting in this world of technology that they do not use electronic claims of any kind. I hope they stand behind their word and will make things right I guess we'll have to wait and see.
