This place killed off a 8 YR old tank and offered to do nothing about it. Needless to say, I found other places to purchase my aquarium habitants.
Horrible customer service. 1st visit there spent $30 on Cardinal tetras only to have them all die within a week, of course no refunds or exchanges even though water was perfectly fine and fish already in tank were fine. 2nd visit looking for specific fish got no help after browsing for about 10 minutes finally asked someone, he took me to a tank and said, I don't know, then proceeded to fish out dead fish in another tank sith his bare hands
We absolutely enjoy going to fish gallery. KC is very helpful. We prefer to only go when he is there. He is very informative and you can tell he really knows his stuff and hes not just fishing around. We refer everybody to fish gallery and tell them to ask for KC. Wont go any where else.
My SG for a reef maintains a 1.025. After testing the water and it being off the charts I ran out and bought a refractometer. It measured 1.050.
Figures you cant give a ZERO star rating, but that is what they deserve.
Twice now all the fish we purchased died almost immediately. The first time, we went in the store a couple of days after our purchase and noticed the same tank that we purchased our fish from had a sign that said DO NOT SELL and were told tank was infected with ich. We decided to give the store a second chance and again the fish we bought died within a few days and the infection spread and killed the other fish in our tank as well. Spoke with the manager with reciept in hand and they said the best they could do was $5 store credit when we had spent over $30. Buyer beware you will risk purchasing sick fish with no replacement!! Wish I had read the other reviews here bc we weren't the only ones...
This place is so cool! They have so many types of fish and great quality tank package deals. Definitely will do all of my fishy business here!
They have no clue what they are doing when it comes to tank maintenance nor customer service. I purchased 5 gallons of saltwater to do a small change in my daughters aquarium that has corals and fish for the last 8 years. I performed a water change and on the surface everything seemed fine. Next morning everything was dead. When I called to talk to the manager they mentioned that while they shouldn't have sold me toxic water, it was my fault for not testing it. Was kind of stunned there, you would think as the company providing the product, you would test it before you sold it. I then was asked "Well want do you want us to do about it?" If I have to tell you how to resolve an issue your staff caused, maybe you in the wrong business.
