My biggest "pet" peeve is when businesses give you an inaccurate estimate of how long something will take. I was told repeatedly things would take "just a few more minutes" which turned into hours. My visit ended up being 4.5 hours for a leg x-ray and small wound clean-up. If I had known this I would have made arrangements to drop the cat off and pick him up later, or go elsewhere. Regardless of if this was inadvertent or not, it should not be happening. For $500 the service and customer treatment should be better.
Overall, my experience there was great!
If I could, I would give Blue Pearl 10 stars. We were very unfortunately given the worst news possible and blessed with the best vet techs and doctors my family and precious pup could ask for. Roxy, was diagnosed with stage 5 lymphoma and her prognosis was not good. We were so blessed to be given so many options and so much information during the time that Roxy was in the care of the team at Blue Pearl. We unfortunately had to make the decision to let Roxy be with the lord because she was so severe. The Oncologist, Dr. Melissa Parsons - Doherty was so kind to stay long after her normal hours to visit with us and discuss the possible options. Once we chose the let Roxy be with the lord, Dr. Matthew Schmidt was such a kind man and made us very at peace with the process. I would recommend EVERYONE to bring their fur babies here. Blue Pear has a very educated, loving and informative team; they will always hold a special place in my heart.
Because the woman doctor showed a manner to be produced with not only the manner to let you feel that explanation was troublesome from beginning to end but also discrimination, I judged it when I could not leave an important pet.
Dr. Parson and her nurse were super helpful and caring for not only my pet but discussing payments as well. I could definitely tell that Dr. Parson doesn't treat what she does as a job but it is in her heart as well.
The woman doctor of the chief physician sells cats as a thing not a creature. I perform it in an invisible place without performing it in front of an owner including the palpation of the cat though I demand 120 dollars only by an interview and do not know it what you are doing either. The explanation does not have the result of the interview for an owner, too.
Dr. Rome was so amazing! I was a wreck, taking my dog in thinking the worst. She was so sweet and took care of him. There was a bit of a wait but there were a lot of animals waiting to be seen. They did take my dog back to confirm that he wasn't an emergency case before making us wait, which was nice. She took the time to answer all of our questions. You can tell she really loves animals. I would for sure recommend this clinic if you have an emergency.
Furthermore, the woman doctor sits down on a chair in a very insolent manner, and rest its elbows; as for the sigh all. About the treatment policy, the careful explanation does only the story of treatment costs without all carefully and works by a money guide. Even if the story develops the talk that contradicted it generally and asks you a question from me, there is not the convincible explanation.
If y'all see this, please know that I am so very grateful that Roxy was in y'alls care during her last days.
