Absolutely horrible company. We're looking for new homeowners whose water heater leaked and damaged their home for a class-action lawsuit. Their repairman showed up with a replacement part and didn't have any information on the cause of the leak. This is a systemic problem that 6 other homeowners in the Wildwood Community have had happen to them also. Also, their replacement part lasted all of 2 months!!!!
Absolutely horrible, unprofessional business. Came 2 hours late for appointment, stayed for less than 1 minute and left without fixing problem. Did not troubleshoot. Had a horrible attitude when I asked questions. Don't give them your business.
Excellent Company . I work for a Custom Home Builder. The Sub Crews will go the xtra mile to make sure the jobs are complete , and to our satisfaction. The Service Crews are very knowledgable and will take care of any problems, if they can't fix the problem , they will return to finish . The Supervisors are very Professional and keep you updated on Schedules. We have never had an issue with any of the office lady's or Owners .
Absolutely great company! They came and offered expert advise on issue with plumbing. Fixed in no time! Great People!
Called them to fix multiple problems with the plumbing on my new house that they originally plumbed (2 years, 4 months ago). The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and informed me that my warranty was out of date (was a 2 year warranty) and that they would come out for $135 per hour to fix the leaking kitchen sink, guest bathroom sink, and guest bathroom toilet. When I asked if they had a grace period on the warranty since it was a new build and shouldn't have this many problems in such a short amount of time, she rudely informed me that no, she had already told me my warranty had expired. She couldn't have cared less and her poor attitude shined through. I would never use or recommend this company, in fact, I'll be sure to let everyone I know how helpful they are when the crap job they originally did fails. I'd give zero stars or 1/2 star if that was an option.
