Verrrrry fresh & beyond delicious!! Staff is just as amazing! Must try..
Usually I love to eat here, BUT after tonight i refused to eat here ever again. To start off the service was horrible we had to ask many times to get our drinks refilled and had to ask about our food twice we waited for about 30 minutes to get food and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. When getting ready to pay the waiter came back around and yelled loudly infant of the entire restaurant that i need to put a tip because I'm "white and American". As i was getting up to leave she yelled loudly again as i was walking out the restaurant that i didn't tip cash either and that we should know better because i was WHITE AND AMERICAN. i called to complain about the horrible service and what had happened and we were yelled at again on the phone saying that they had us on camera and once again we are white and American. I refuse to EVER EVER come back here. that was absolutely crazy and rude.
I arrived and ordered tea and I realized within seconds ( I haven't sat down yet) I was at the wrong place to meet a friend. They said I couldn't leave until I paid for the tea and through a fit when I explain I haven't drank it - sorry and that I made a mistake. They insisted I pay before leaving and were completely rude. Very poor customer service.
Went to the vintage park location and said it was closed due to flooding. We all know Vintage park did not flood. So went to kuykendal location. Very rude employees. Got screamed at because I put my sauce in the bowl not the little cups. When I asked for a second bowl for another portion you would of thought I was robbing the place. Got screamed at for asking for the second bowl and then told very sternly that I can’t take it home. I said I know that. Just the worst service I
This place is amazing! You get to choose your own ingredients, and you can clearly see the quality of what they make available. Over eight different types of meat, many different varieties of vegetables, and the seasonings and sauces are out of this world. Also, no matter how much you pile on, they will cook it for you no questions asked. I give this place five out of five, but remember, since you choose the ingredients and the seasonings, it's like life, it's only as good as the choices you make!
