Nice clean parking lot. Employees are quick and very helpful. It's clean and Easy in and out. It's easy to find right off 6 pines. Follow the one way signs and you'll be okay parking is easy. Other people there were friendly and well dressed. It's my first time here and it's been a pleasant experience. I recommend it to anyone.
A little hard to find which office you need. Just keep driving around the parking lot and look closely.
I came here to witness in a law suit. Judge Edie Connelly was over seeing this case. I was extremely impressed by her professional attitude and willingness to hear the testimonies from both parties. She is a Judge full of wisdom and should be respected by all.
Went in at 10 and got the number 21, sat there for nearly 2 and a half hours since the lady in charge of the passports was out to lunch. She comes back at 12 and sitd tyere for another 20 minutes while i continue to wait. When the clock struck 3, an hour before closing time, they came out and said thdy can onlt take a few more sending over ten people home.
If you cant manage a lot of people, considering you are set up in the woodlands, please consider opening another lane for passports so peoplw can get in and out.
