My boyfriend went into the store to buy a car remote and he said he was followed around and watched closely by three different employees. Really???? We've been coming to your store for over three years and this will be our last visit to this Ace. Just because he has an accent (New Orleans) and was wearing a hoodie he was stereotyped. I am highly offended by this humiliating treatment of an honest, hard-working man...

I am amazed everytime I come here (and not anymore!) Nobody knows anything of their inventory or best stuff to use for different projects. I get "um I don't think you can, I don't think we have that" and I find it and prove you can do it. I am a woman and have educated some of these guys. Home Depot is better for advise I am just shocked at this place.
