What an amazing experience shopping here! Dottie greeted me almost immediately upon entering the store. I don't know much about decorating but sorry of had a vision of what I'd like so I took pictures and measurements of my living room in hopes of finding a look that would work. Dottie was very attentive, patient, experienced, and easy to talk to. It was like she could read my mind. I could sense she's a very caring person and dedicated to designing. Dottie was able to help me create a beautiful living space for my family.
I can't wait for my delivery, my home is going to look as if it should be pictured in a magazine. I will definitely be back to redecorate our bedrooms. Ask for Dottie, you will not be disappointed. If I could give this a 100 star rating I would!!
I really like the reclaimed piece I got. Service was fine. The issue I had was when we were talking to our sales guy about delivery and we were considering going to get my mom's table ourselves. He told us the leaf in the table my mom was buying, should be put together by a professional. So my mom gets her table delivered this morning, they only screwed the legs on. Table with leaf was already put together. They brought the whole table in, still in the box. So I feel a bit taken by the salesman for telling us a lie. Guessing they make commission on the entire sale.
Today was my first time purchasing my very own sofa. I went in not knowing what to expect. I imagined the process being the same as buying a car so when Ricky Bobby first approached me, I honestly thought he was just going to be a typical salesman. Instead, he made the entire process super easy and harmless. Ricky has a way with people to where he's easy to talk to and he wasn't just trying to sale me. He actually cared, wanted to work with me, and was sure to explain everything thoroughly. I'm more than happy with my purchase and I'm happy to recommend anyone to go to the spring location!
If you go to Ashley Furniture make sure to ask for Ray! We've been searching for furniture and price shopping at several other large furniture stores and not one of the other sales agents at those stores were as helpful as Ray. He was super knowledgeable about everything from the different features on every couch (some I would've never known existed if it weren't for him!) to the mattresses and completely sold me on the adjustable bed frames. When I described what I was looking for in great detail, he knew exactly what to show us and where in the store it was located. Once I finally picked something out he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We will definitely be coming back to see Ray for more furniture and decor in the future.
The Original Ricky Bobby was an excellant sales associate! He listened to what I wanted and found what would suit my needs. This location is amazing. I did pass it and think I'd get a better deal across the freeway but I'm glad I came back around..saved $1000 and had a great buying experience
