Dr Ana tresvalles has poor communication skills and does not like to take blame for her actions. Clearly not educated enough to be working in family practice.

Always hard to get an appointment. Doctors are changed on you rapidly. Front office not very helpful. No follow through.
Dr. Ho is always attentive and kind. I have transferred my whole family to her. She takes care of referring you when necessary, and always listens to what you tell her is wrong. Love her!
Have been having some serious side effects due to a prescription and have called two days in a row to speak the docter. Receptionist claims she's not available and will call after hours when she has down time and never calls. First time claimed my number was disconnected which it's not and even read back my correct number to me
