Really great prices. Tried buying on Amazon prices are better but you can try the stuff on and then returns take forever. Would rather come to my local stores.
Always find great deals here! The staff is so nice and helpful. The cashiers are awesome they check you out soo fast. You're out of there in no time! Clean restrooms and big fitting rooms.
One the cashier there had a real funky attitude. She did not greet me. When I paid for my items she took them and balled them up and attempted to throw them in the Ross bag .. I stopped her and said let me fold them myself. After I paid her she just looked at me and rolled her eyes without saying thank you for shopping at Ross. I asked for the manger and told her what Happened but the mgr did not quite get it. Like she was protecting the employee. So I asked for the corporate office number. I shop at a lot of Ross stores. This is the first time this ever happened. I think the employee and manager may be rednecks and racist. The color of my money is green and my Discover card is brown. After talking to the assistant manager at the store made it worse. No employee training and no customer respect.
Went shopping here today while I was in town. Very clean and surprisingly organized compared to other locations I've been to. Staff is very friendly and most importantly professional. I didn't like how the dressing rooms didn't lock but then again I'm sure there's a reason for that. I was able to manage but that's just an observation I made. I will definitely come to this location every time I'm in this area!
Store is often crowded & messy, most employees are nice but there are a couple that are rather customer unfriendly (like the short pregnant lady), one register is migraine provoking w/ sunlight in your face at that certain time of day, the store is not cool enough & their electronics area lacks a great deal. The location is good.
