I wanted to like this place. The waiting room was nice and clean, as others have said, but I don't trust their pricing or expertise. A lug nut was left off of one wheel, which I discovered once the car started to rattle and shake a week or two later. Also, spare change was stolen out of my car. I won't be going back.
They make up stuff that is wrong with your car that is not. Please dont go here
Paid over a grand and car is still not working in driveway. I called but they wanted to charge again to pickup car and check it all over again. They kept saying it was something else and wanted to just keep charging. I feel if a mechanic can't fix something themselves they should admit it and tell you to take it to dealership or some place that can. And refund your customers! Stick to oil changes or easier stuff!!!
Their customer service is exceptional, just not sure the mechanics know what they are doing. I have spent over $5K on my 2008 Hyundai Vera Cruz at this place. Questioning pricing and expertise.
The gentlemen at this location are life savers. My fiance had a flat with the baby in the car and this location was the closest to her. I instructed her to pull in and I made sure to call in to make sure they would take care of her (keep in mind i was over 35 miles away at the time). Sure enough they had her in and out in a little over an hour. They even made special arrangements for a changing station for the baby. I praise these gentlemen for taking good care of my fiance and averting a potentially disasterous situation into a simple sigh of relief.
